About

Why REPS exists.

REPS began with one idea: that we are rebuilt the same way we are worn down, one rep at a time. Quietly. Repeatedly. Until something shifts. You don’t have to see the whole way through. You only have to trust the next rep.

The idea of repetition

Change rarely arrives in one big breakthrough. It’s built in repetition, showing up for yourself when no one is watching.

Every step, every rep, every uncomfortable moment is shaping something stronger than you can see yet.

A note from the founders

“We met as strangers and knew each other inside out with in an hour of knowing eachother, an instant click, a bond that we both felt. Same scars, same stubbornness, and the same thing that had pulled us back from the worst of it: movement, discomfort, and a refusal to stay down.

Neither of us thought our way out of the dark. We did the next hard thing, and the next, one rep at a time, and somewhere in the repetition we learned to trust it. The process. The practice. Something bigger than the fear. We don’t believe any of it was wasted; the hard things were ours to use, and they made us.

REPS is what we wish we’d had. A few days where nothing is asked of you but your presence and your effort.”

What we believe

  • Strength is built quietly, through repetition, not in one dramatic push.
  • You don’t think your way out of the dark. You move through it, one hard thing, then the next.
  • The hard thing isn’t always heavy. Sometimes it’s the bright dress. Posting the photo. Saying yes to the thing you’re scared to try.
  • What you repeat, you become. So choose your repetitions carefully.
  • Trust the process. None of it is random, and none of it is wasted.

The only requirement is showing up.

Every retreat is unique. Places are limited and offered by application.
