Absolutely not. Our retreats are designed for different abilities and fitness levels, so whether you’re looking to take things at your own pace or push yourself outside your comfort zone, there’s a place for you.

When you apply, we’ll get to know a little more about where you’re at and tailor the experience accordingly. If you’re comfortable with an easy hike and open to a challenge, you’ll fit right in. The goal isn’t to be the fittest person there, it’s to grow, explore, and get the most out of the experience.

You’ll be part of a small group, intentionally kept intimate so everyone feels seen, supported, and connected. No getting lost in the crowd, no feeling like just another number. Real conversations, shared experiences, and genuine connections along the way.

Most people do. Arriving alone is normal here, and you won’t be alone for long.

A guided heat ceremony where you sweat, breathe, and let go of what you came carrying. It is held with care and you set your own limits. You can step out at any time.

Feeling nervous is completely normal. In fact, it usually means you’re stepping into something that matters.

You’ll be supported every step of the way by experienced guides, with no pressure and no expectations. Everything is done at your own pace, and nothing happens without your consent.

We’ll talk you through exactly what to expect beforehand, so by the time you enter, you’ll feel prepared, supported, and ready to embrace the experience.

No. The lodge is held as sacred space, and phones and cameras stay outside. What happens in ceremony belongs to the people in it.

In Iceland, beyond the usual tourist track. You fly into Keflavík (KEF) and we handle the rest. Airport pickup, drop off, and all transport during the retreat are included. Exact locations and full travel notes are shared once you’re accepted.

Yes. Flights to and from Iceland are not included, so you book the route and airline that suit you. Once you’re accepted, we’ll give you an arrival and departure window, and as long as your flights land and leave within it, the airport pickup and drop off are covered.

Comfortable countryside accommodation at a handpicked venue, with sauna and hot tub moments built in along the way. Rooms range from single to shared, including rooms for small groups travelling together. You tell us in your application who you’re travelling with and whether you’d like to share, and we’ll do our best to arrange the rooms to fit.

Tasty and hearty, nourishing meals made from real ingredients, built to fuel long days outside. This is not a juice cleanse. The food is not vegan by default, but vegetarian is always an option.

Yes. You tell us your requirements in the application, and we’ll have it ready when you arrive. Vegetarian is always available, and if you’re vegan or have allergies or intolerances, talk to us and we’ll find a way to make it work.

You fill out a short application, we review it and get in touch to make sure the retreat is the right fit, and a deposit then secures your place. The full process is on our How applying works page.

Accommodation, all meals, airport transfers both ways, the ceremonies, guided movement, the adventure day, and professional photography. Flights to Iceland are not included. The full list is on each retreat page.

A deposit secures your place once you’ve been offered one, and the remaining balance is due six weeks before the retreat begins. Exact amounts are on each retreat page.
