I left the event feeling so empowered and inspired.

A couple of weeks ago I was invited to the most amazing female wellness and networking event organised by REPS Retreat and hosted at the beautiful Orange Grove Hotel. It was a great day of speaking to fellow female business owners, sharing our successes and pains, and listening to a panel of strong women who have overcome some pretty big challenges in their personal and business lives. I left the event feeling so empowered and inspired.

I hosted my first panel at REPS Retreat, and one of the panellists told me it was the best panel she’d ever been on.

Today I hosted my first panel at REPS Retreat and, if I’m honest, I was nervous. The first few minutes? Definitely a little shaky. And then something clicked. The plan changed. We had an extra panellist join us. I had to adapt what I’d prepared, read the room, listen properly and work out where to take the conversation next. And I loved it. One of the panellists told me it was the best panel she’d ever been on. Bringing brilliant people together. Creating conversations that actually go somewhere. Asking the questions that draw out the good stuff. And making sure people leave with something.

There’s something so sacred about women gathering in this way.

Women’s Empowerment and Networking Day at the Orange Grove Hotel, and what a day it was. To the two incredible souls who invited me in and created this space: thank you. For bringing us together, for holding this circle, for building something rooted in connection, community, and true feminine power. We didn’t just network; we breathed. We paused. We let go of what no longer serves us, inhaled peace, exhaled what we needed to release, and rose together in that shared breath. There’s something so sacred about women gathering in this way, showing up fully, holding space for each other, and remembering that we are stronger, lighter, and more powerful when we stand together. I am grateful to be part of this beautiful journey. Can’t wait for what’s next for REPS Retreat; the magic is only just beginning.

A day to reconnect, recharge and come together. Today we had the pleasure of hosting REPS Retreat at Orange Grove; a day of inspiring talks and panel discussions, yoga, breathwork and meaningful connections. Bringing ambitious women together in partnership with Best Mates We Got Ya, it was a brilliant day with a wonderful purpose behind it. Thank you to everyone who joined us.
